there's something with the dragon, the blue color might be too desaturated compared to overall atmosphere. The color could also be a bit more reddish due to atmosphere

Full marks. I am usually more partial to images where you can see the texture of the strokes. The smooth and polished look along with the crispness of this image is soothing to me.

The one thing I noticed is on the top row of teeth, you didn't quite show them going the whole way around...try adding in the teeth behind the ones upfront and it'll look more complete

Really good indeed.
As all the image is saturated, I don't think there's a problem with the dragon's saturated blue higlights. Crow, if she had made the highlights redish you would have complained about the picture's monochromatic tone. ¬¬
The only problem I see is where the dragon meets the lava. I think it's too smoothy/undetailed compared with the rest of the pic. But that's maybe because I am getting used to traditional media

Finally, this reminds me how I loved the Deathgate Cycle (great books, arent' they?)
